This privacy policy explains how Permafrost Wiki ("we", "us") handles information when you visit https://permafrost.wiki. We aim to collect as little as possible.

Information we collect

We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect names, emails or passwords. The site does not currently run analytics or tracking cookies. If we add privacy-friendly, aggregated analytics in the future to understand which pages readers find useful, we will update this policy first.

Cookies

The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies today. You can block cookies in your browser at any time and keep full access to our content. If we later introduce analytics or advertising that requires consent in your region (such as the EEA or UK), those cookies will be governed by a consent message shown before they load.

Advertising

We may display advertising through Google AdSense in the future. Third-party embeds

Some pages embed YouTube videos. We use YouTube's privacy-enhanced (no-cookie) mode and only load the video player after you click play, so YouTube does not set cookies until you choose to watch.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
